By dinner tim I as ravenous with hunger, so I'd wolf down bunch of food. I didn't che it propely, let lone enjoy it! I'd eat so fast and o muc that within fifteen or twenty minutes I wa stuffed. Uncomfortably so. Then I'd cash. My system finally got the food t had ben craving all dy lng and now it needed most of my nergy just t digest it. I would often fall asleep or ust sffer for an hour o to untl th food finally broke don. Dosn't sound like vry fun day, dos it? It wasn't.
